Sooooooooooo I recently upgraded my site to word press 3.1
And I noticed that my network was extremely slow afterwards

I installed super cache
I uninstalled super cache
I disabled all of my plugins
I installed W3 Total Cache by W3 EDGE
I reinstalled recaptcha
I noticed recaptcha us not working well
I started looking for a new webhost
Today I disabled the admin bar… That appears to have
Improved performance
